Replicating Richardson System elbow return

Could a machine shop replicate Richardson System(see older systems this site) trapless elbow return which includes ball cock and dip tube?

The hard part would be reproducing those castings, or welding up something reasonably close from standard pipe sections. It would help if technical drawing were available. The pictures in the PDF leave quite a bit to the imagination, so it could take a few iterations to get something that actually worked.Just another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA
