munchkin 199m r1 blower change

in THE MAIN WALL
I replaced my munchkin blower motor. Everything went well until I tried to screw swirl plate back in place, I can't get it to line up due to the limited movement of the gas pipe thru the cabinet. Is there any way to loosen the whole main unit within the cabinet? If I could slide the whole boiler forward I think it will line up easily. I hope I explained this ok.

    It is not uncommon for the gas pipe to not line up 100% but it did come apart. Are you sure you installed the right swirl plate? Sounds to me like something isn't back the way it came apart.
