i am a contractor and have never put ac in cape kneewall in front of house. looks to be eneough room to get air handler in space and runs some feeds to kichen/living room area and bed rooms thru ceiling. put a return and supply in both bed rooms from attic knee wall and another return at stairway.any feed back would be great.

I have...
done it like that several times. The key is having proper access to service the unit. Usually getting the duct work from one side of the house to the other can be a pain, if there are windows. Usually requires adding bench seats below the windows to conceal the duct. Are both floors finished? The last 3 cape's we did, we went with mini-splits. But it can be done either way.0 -
cape
thx ed
no windows in the way in this cape so i think the front kneewall is bigger in this situation0
