Has any one used these panels they are manufactured in Germany and sold out of Pa. I have never  heard of them before and have a homeowner that wants a quote for them. Thanks.

    Ritter is concentrating on Commercial

But I'm extremely interested in their approach, and have been ranting about it and testing similar systems:

They run water in the collector loop. The controller cycles the pump for 30 seconds every 30 minutes to see if freezing is imminent. If the collector is below 40F, then the pump keeps running until it comes back up to 50F. They are trying to prove that recirculation freeze protection is reliable enough for cold climates.

The collectors are U-tube style evacuated tubes.

Shipping costs make it tough to get one system, but they are happy to sell a pallet.

If you give me your email, I can forward more information.
