SpacePak Thermostat Wiring

Attached is a pdf of what I have so far. What I am trying to do is make
the Duct Heater act as Emergency heat and Aux heat when the Goodman heat
pump goes into defrost. Should the L coming from the Honeywell be
connected to the L on the Duct heater? Should the E and Aux be jumpered
together on the Honeywell and then to the W2 on the Duct heater? What
contact on the Spacepak, if any, would be the white wire to the
Honeywell be? Is the Aux heat relay on the Spacepak used for anything?
Please let me know if any of the other wires would be incorrect?

Depends
While every manuf. is different, a diagram from the cond. and the electric heat would help. "w" from the condenser??? is this powered when in defrost? More info needed. Everything you need should be in your internal equipment wiring diagrams.

Wiring
W (white) from the outdoor unit should go to the heater package. If you want the heater to energize when the t-stat calls for second stage, wire W2 or AUX to the heater package as well. The L is a service indicator. So it actually is a 24 volt input to the t-stat.0
