I have a 110 installed on an off grid system and keep popping an E-05 fault. I've changed the board and DHW sensor as per tech support, still haveing recurring error.

Is an electrical interference fault. Is this a modified sinewave inverter? If so, you're going to need a power conditioner (that's not a surge strip, it's a big transformer-based filter) between the inverter and the boiler. Either that or get a little pure sine inverter (Exeltech XP or similar) and dedicate it to the sensitive electronics, including the boiler.
Check your AC line neutral-ground voltage & look for AC voltage on your sensor inputs as well.0
