hi,i came across a boiler on a house i was working in.new installation of a burnham in3.the hydrolevel lwco that comes with the boiler was installed upside down with the bx cable coming out the top of the box.i called burnham and they were not sure if it is a problem or not,does it matter which way the box is positioned?

shouldn't matter at all.
It does annoy me that when i put in a Burnham that comes with a hydrolevel control i have to turn it sideways to get it to clear the gauge..you would think they would have seen that at the factory..it doesn't hurt, but its not pretty to see the words sideways..i peel the lable off often.gwgillplumbingandheating.com
