Indirect leaking back

New Biasi B10 hw boiler with 2 heat zones and 1 indirect. Pumps on supply. System has been great for six months. Last week relief started lifting as pressure creeps up to 30#s. Changed feed valve/BFP and Xtank. No change. Even with feed closed pressure creeps up. I suspect the 12 year old Bock indirect maybe back pressurizing the boiler. When i isolate the S & R valves to the indirect, pressure remains normal. Open Supply or Return and it creeps up again. Can the coil in the indirect be porous? Do I need to replace the Bock?
Thanks, Vinny
