radiator valve

I'm having trouble finding this valve, it's 1/2" IPS strait on a hot water sunrad and it looks to be a 1/4 turn valve with a paddle inside instead of a ball. Any thoughts? The house has this in every room and the home owner wants to keep everything the same and the only radiator valve i can find around here are muti turn and that wont fit. Thanks

Sunrad Valves:
Those were the common valves we always used on those radiators. They all had the "paddle" gate inside. They weren't positive shut-off valves.
