Best wood floor for Radiant?

hello, I have been living in the boiler furnace ac changeout world for years, lost touch of the radiant floor heating trends. I am mowing through my own home, seems like some of the good old oak flooring needs to go in several rooms b/c we moved some walls and it's too much labor to splice it. The story is a little bit longer, but that's the short and sweet story.
So, new radiant, new system on top of the sub floor. I want the lowest r value possible, looking at the basic laminate/floating stuff. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I was thinking about talking to the lumber liquidator people, but thought the best answers would come from here. Thanks, Gary
