Do not know what to do

I have several very old round cast iron radiators that a contractor cut the pipes of. I am looking to repair them and connect them back to where they belong. Any advice on who I should contact. I would need someone to come to my location to do the repair since the radiators are very large and very heavy.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Reinstallation of classic round rads
Is this a 1-pipe, or 2-pipe system?
Do we understand that these radiators were installed in your system, and that now should be reinstalled back in their original location, using the original pipes?
When you say that they have been cut off, can you post pictures of the cut area? What other cuts were made in the system?
If the cut were made through the spud between the valve and radiator, then you will need a new valve, and spud. The valve and spud are a matched pair, and must be replaced together. The removal of the old spud from the radiator has given many pros here either more gray hair, or less hair; but can be done.--nbc0
