<strong>RPA Government Advocacy Alert:  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.  Federal Register/Vol. 77, No. 58/Monday, March 26, 2012.  Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Treasury.  Notice that if a product is not compliant or labeled incorrectly pursuant to energy and water efficiency requirements of the U.S., Customs and Border Protection (CBP) can refuse products admission. </strong>

    Kathleen, could you expound on this please?

    Is this for ALL HVAC equipment, or just tubing?



    I presume this is to keep the foreign junk (spelled Chinese) off of the N.A. soil?
