Cosmogas lockout problem

Need some help, having intermittant lockouts on a Embassy Cosomogas BMS 10/20. Have 17 units in this building and only this problem with this one unit. Have run threw teck support, with no answers, boilerruns threw its normal routine, and bales at the point of ignition and the (DL5) light is not on , but never when im there, and if i arrive and its locked out if i turn power off then back on it fires up. After checking voltage to from the ignitor box several times, thought it was that had 0 Volts once, and 25 volts another time.  nine days later same problem, tech support now reasoned that it had to be the board.  Changed that out it made it three days. Dont want to be a parts changer, but they are out of ideas.

Any thoughs would be appriciated.

    When you changed.....

    out the board did you also change out the bridge rectifyer.... from the board to the gas valve? Honeywell had some issues w/ these.
