Pensotti gas conversion

Today I converted a Pensotti BL5-125 from oil to natural gas. The listed input for this boiler is 177K. I am inputting 132K. My CO2 and O2 are right in the middle of specification but I am running .03" positive pressure over fire. Pressure at breech is .03" negative. This means the total loss through the boiler is .06". Is this normal and acceptable? I am concerned about running positive pressure over fire with a gas burner. The boiler is 5 years old and I don't think it had been cleaned until today. I thought I cleaned it very thoroughly but now I am wondering. Any ideas?

    You'd need to check

with pensotti to be sure, but most gas power burners are rated to have positive pressure in the combustion chamber.

The draft being -.03 is that up or downstream from the barometric relief damper?

    Should be OK

I believe that boiler was designed to run with a slight positive pressure over the fire. Check the I&O manual to be sure. The EZ-Gas and the Riello gas burners can fire positive-pressure boilers without difficulty, but the Midco burners cannot AFAIK.

What were the rest of the combustion numbers?
