    If its...

    just baseboard why the primary /secondary? Seems overkill. It will work provided the end of the primary loop goes to the boiler....

    o

    im going to ad 1more zone on the manifold. i did p/s because im going to use the optional buderus controls that ramp the boiler down and just wanted some insurance for the flu gas cond

    The piping layout

    is fine, but if the boiler output is 94,000 btu, then you should be using 1 1/4 pipe, not 1 inch.

    point of no pressure change

    I think the air scoop is backwards. in the photo the water should go from right to left on the primary loop.

    boiler piping

    If it's the G115WS it's 1-1/4" supply, 1" return

    The only thing that I can see

    worth mentioning might be

    1.  1" pipe can carry about 75,000BTU so 1 1/4" might be a better choice..

    2.  Add a flow check on the secondary circuits to prevent that nasty Ghost flow..

      Hope that I helped

    Delta-T

    A pipe size does not equate to btus it equates to gpm and gpm is based off that good ole hydronics formula. A 25 degree delta isn't going to hurt and you can move 7.5gpm thru 1" pipe.

    gpm = btuh / ( delta-t x 500)

    7.5gpm = 94,000 / 12,500

    What's with the rainbow of circs?
