Burnham revolution reverse flow

Reverend Member Posts: 1
I have a burnham revolution series gas fired boiler. A week ago I lost hot water which is supplied by a third loop with a zone valve to a superstore tank. The first and second zone valves supply baseboards. Both zone 1&2 were hot and the boiler was running. A friend of mine said the tank was air bound and I needed to purge it. I did and didn't seem to get any air out. But after repeated attempts I got hot water again but not real good consistent. My question is the supply is 90 deg and the return is at 190 deg which implies flow is backwards. The unit is 7 years old and has been running fine since being installed. All valves and the circ pump are installed in correct flow direction. Any ideas

    Are you sure..

The zone valve is opening for the domestic hot water zone? I would check that, the superstore aquastat, and the wiring in between. Like you said, it was working fine before.
