Does any one have a problem with the Taco 007IFC F7 pumps ? I have noisy flowcheck. Older F5 is quiet.

I don't like or use them

I much prefer a sweat or flow check valve. Those internal check valves don't last. It's your typical plastic garbage.

I have used IFC pumps for many years now and have yet to have a check valve  be noisy or fail.  swing or spring checks work great but are quite noisy.  Swing checks clank when they close and spring checks rattle.

    I've tried them

The early version was opposing the impeller, and would pop out and end up like ground beef. They relocated them, but still have had a few problems. There is no savings at that point. These were only developed to save the installer a few bucks, but they can also cost you more in the end. JMHO
