Read here and other places. It looks like most of the professionals recommend not turn 90 degree up or down in the water HVAC system becaue of the air packet issue. how about 45 degree? we can use two 45 degree to turn 90 degree.

Does not matter...
It is virtually impossible to pipe a system without having transitions from horizontal to vertical and vice a versa. Using 2 45's is the same as using a 90 resistance wise. The key is getting all free air out during initial fill, and then maintaining good flow velocities to sweep any entrained air back to the air elimination devices.
Instead of asking inane questions, why don't you just tell us what your goal is, what you have to work with and have us make recommendations about your situation.. It is quite obvious that you have little to no piping skills, and if you are not comfortable doing this kind of work, maybe you'd be better off hiring a professional pipe slinger to do the dirty work to your (and our) specifications. You just never know, there might be an interested professional reading your posts who is in your back yard that might be interested in working with you.
Why reinvent the hydronic wheel?
Just suggesting....
