Weil McLain Cast Iron Baseboard panels

I am trying to buy some used cast iron baseboards for my existing CI hot water heating system. I just found somebody has Weil McLain Cast Iron Baseboard for sale.

I have two questions:

1. are they for hot water but not steam heating system?

2. Where can I buy accessories for those Weil McLain CI baseboards?
