Con Ed Rebate Rejection

So I submitted for a efficiency rebate to Con Ed for a Smith G8 with a Carlin EZ-Gas for the conversion that I had done over the summer and just received a rejection notice from Honeywell (who processed the rebate for Con Ed).



The reason stated for denial was :  Oil Unit Installed



I sent them the old flyer on the G8/EZ gas as well as the invoice that listed the boiler and gas burner.  However for the 'certified reference number' I had to submit was one for the boiler that listed it as 'oil.'



They also then rejected the rebate on the indirect too.



I'm going to call this week and try to plead my case.
