Suntec 2 stage pump bypass solenoid

Hi, my Carlin 702CRD oil burner was locked on low fire only for the past 3 years. In light of high oil prices, I am trying to reenable a low-high-low configuration. However, when flipping the switch back up to high fire, the damper and air shutter open beautifully, and the circuit for the pump bypass connects (I tested with a light), but the pump won't make more pressure at all. No click, nothing. Solenoid bad?

check for power
could be in the switch that is operated by the damper. I think there is also a timer relay for the solenoids. If it is not sending power to your solenoid, start there. There is an oil heat section here. Post there first for possible faster response time, and let us know what you find0
