Heat problem: I am freezing
Michelangelo
Member Posts: 1
"I came back after a winter trip and found the heat off. The main problem was that the batteries of the thermostats died while I was away. I replaced them, I checked the water pressure and I manually turned off and on the furnace switch. The Integrated Boiler Control Unit went on for a few minutes, it started like usually, but then it stopped and my Weil Mclain 382-200-448 now has a green and red light blinking. Do you have any suggestion of whats going on and what should I do? Here in RI is snowing and I can not go out and I am basically freezing. Thanks so much, Michael

I would
call the local heating contractor that does your annual servicing of the boiler to come look at it. It could be a lot of things and you're not going to have access to parts on the weekend like the contractor will. You could always turn off and on the main power switch to the boiler and see if that resets it.0 -

Was that control recently installed on the boiler?0
