I need to replace a TACO 219 3/4" on my basebord heating ( a 3 zone ) I am not getting heat to one of the zones....pipes are hot up to the point of this valve...then cool beyond it....unlike the other 2 which are hot before and after...my question is can i just replace the "guts" of this withouit having to sweat a new one in? Shutting down the furnace and letting it cool of course then...opening the faucet type valve at the other end....what kind of pressure will there be left in the line?
