Navien Combi Problems

Wondering if anyone here has any navien ch 210's or 240's in the field. Two of the units which are LP fired have been consuming LOTS of propane. More so than the old 80 % LP boiler with a natural draft 50 gallon water heater previously used. I hope to meet with my local rep on site this week and go over it. We have calibrated the differential gas and air ratio to mfg specs already. Not to happy with this unit so far...
