Need suggestions for a wireless boiler time controller

My boiler is in the garage and I need some way to control its on and off times from the house. It heats the radiators and the hot water at the same time.

I don't know much about heating systems but I think a wireless programmable thermostat or time controller should work for this. I have been looking at the Horstmann HRFS1 Programmable Room Thermostat - http://www.screwfix.com/p/horstmann-hrfs1-programmable-room-thermostat/93829

Can anyone advise if this will work, or suggest any other time controls that would work?

RE: Need suggestions for a wireless boiler time controller

Ok, there was a line going from my old mechanical time clock in the house to the boiler in the garage. Every time the boiler comes on now, it trips the power supply. An electrician has tested the buried line and there is a fault somewhere in it.

Rather than dig up the floor and ground outside to bury a new line, I would like to use a wireless programmable controller/thermostat. Will the Horstmann HRFS1 work for this job?
