Vapor System end of line trap replacement
there is an arco 911 trap positioned at the end of the main steam line on an Arco model k steam system (virtually all radiators still have arco valves and no traps/vents on any of the radiators)
my questions are:
any chance this end of line trap can be repaired (cant find any replacement kits for it) - maybe it can be cleaned with original parts kept??
if not salvageable, what might be an appropriate replacement trap? a basic Sarco f&t trap?
its curious that the pipe below this trap connects to an underground wet condensate line (ie. not much room for air to vent from system I guess) here is a pic of trap

whatever you do, don't scrap it.
The Tunstall and Barnes & Jones sites don't list kits for these. But first- is the trap working?

may be tough to evaluate if it still works
if its determined to no be working, can it be opened up and repaired/cleaned and shouldnt there be a strainer before the trap?
i guess dirt trap should be cleaned out.
guess it would be a big challenge to replace this trap
