Whistle from taco circulator

Has anyone had problems with taco 007 making a high pitch whistle.

have had this in the past on zones with 1/2'' piping tonight the zone was a 3/4'' baseboard loop.    Pumping away using a 1''  taco flow vale,  thanks for any  feedback...    Jimmy
