    Plug and play modcons...

These systems are basically in one of three stages. Heating, heat rejection or neutral.

In Neutral for example, heat from the South side is transferred via the loop to the North side, or wherever heat is needed. In heating mode, the water temperature to the WSHP's is maintained around 65 to 70 degrees F. The WSHP's extract this low grade heat and pump it up to around 120 degree F for heating. In cooling, the loop is maintained between 70 and 75, and anything in excess of 75 is rejected via a cooling tower.

You can place the boiler anywhere you want, because it won't be running at the same time that the cooling tower is running By using modcon boilers, you eliminate the need for boiler protection required for NON condensing boilers.

Pretty simple and straight forward. Just make sure you are pumping away from the PONPC, and towards the heat source. THe pump only needs to overcome the pressure drop of the boiler, and its near boiler piping. Set the boiler up as a secondary, with the closely spaced tees, blah blah blah.
