Leaking Low Water Make-up Valve

Has anyone had an issue with the McDonnell Miller 51S makeup water valve? I am involved in a situation where the body of the valve is leaking water. I suspect the bellows has failed.

yep
Yep. I've seen that happen. Basically have to replace the entire cast iron head mechanism assembly with the bellows. The bellows are not a seperate replaceable item. IIRC, the head also comes with a new float.0
