Annual service/tune-up items - industry practise

I have an oil burner with steam heat. Would you know how I can find a list of standard maintenance items that should be part of an annual service/tune-up call? In other words what is standard industry practise for a technician. I am trying to find a point by point list to find out what is included and excluded. Many thanks!

Are you a contractor or end user. If a professional in the field, email me (or pm) and I will help you out with a standard inspection form.
