Convector/Radiator Identification & Assistance?

Hello Heating Experts -
I just recently purchased a home from 1965. We noticed several rooms in the house that are not getting very warm. There is some heat but it's very weak. I'm curious whether anyone can identify these convectors? I'm trying to determine whether there is any maintenance that needs to be done. I'm sure whether the fitting on the top left is a valve to bleed air?
The other question I have is about the possibility of installing valves to either close off certain convectors?
Any information and/or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
