trying to replace a JC G776-RGD-11 with the Honeywell repl #30W33, instructions have a blue or yellow going to MV/PV slot and a yellow going to 24V slot, I have 2 yellow wires --how do I tell them apart?

LED flash
Ok, I tried what made sense to me and the heater does come on but the LED is flashing in a sequence that is not listed on the list of codes ....but I have heat !0 -

Not a bad idea to get a pro in there to actually see what's happening. The blinking light may be normal operation, but with not knowing and or looking up your control I could not even point you in the right direction.
