Radiator Air Vent Bleed Hose

I have Bolling AFB in Wash. DC asking me for a fitting that they can attach a refrigerant hose (or any small hose) to for bleeding air vents on radiator. Has anyone ever come across something like it. Here's a link for a Febco fitting for backflow similar to what they're looking for.
