Takagi T-KD20 Leaking

I have a Takagi T-KD20 that I installed after my hot water heater went bad. The Takagi has been sitting for 2 years and after installing it, it is leaking internally. The leak that I can see is coming from the left corner of the Heat Exchanger Assembly. There is another small one somewhere behind but I can't see where it is coming from. From what I can see it doesn't seem to leak when it is running only after it stoppes and sits for awhile. Do you think the gaskets are dried out and need to be replaced or will running it seal up the leaks. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
