Help Identifying Baseboard Heat Modules (circa mid 40s?)

Hi,
I'm hoping somebody can help identify these heat modules. I have turned over a lot of stones, including the Steamfitters Union Local 420 in Philly, looking for an answer but to no avail. See the attached pictures, and the description below.
... I have (installed & functioning) a h/w system w/26 modules as follows: Length 34.5 ins., Height 10.75 ins., Depth 1.25 ins. w/ 2.5 ins. NPT hubs on each end @ 8ins. centers. The front face area is totally smooth. The body is a pressed tank w/ a formed rear panel with edges (flanges) sealed to mating surface of tank. Think stamped aluminum ice cube tray as an example, w/ a plate on top, which becomes the rear surface. This rear panel is also pressed in a horizontal pattern w/ 4 waterways, ending at a tank at each end. Constructed entirely of steel, factory painted dk.gray w/ absolutely no markings whatsoever, (letters, numbers, logo, trademarks, patent ids, etc.). It is installed, sitting on sub floor w/ aluminum foil between rear panel and sheet rock surface, retained/ fastened only by a wood moulding holding top flange to wall. Bottom rear of moulding is routed out for flange.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS SYSTEM? I have had no luck at all in this endeavor. Thanks for any help,
Dan
