Bathroom Unique Radiator - Losing some vapor when steaming

One of my steam boilers for one of my apartments seems to lose water. We installed an automatic water feeder to save us from going there to manual fill from time to time.
Fired the system last night and let it steam for awhile and then went upstairs to check all rads. all were hot and none seem to be losing vapor but one. The bath rad. I've attached a pic and the knob on the left seems to be where the steam was coming out. It's not the standard rad vent i'm use to and was hoping for some suggestions to fix or replace.
thanks

looks like my house
The bathroom radiator in our house had a similar looking vent when we moved in. It turned out to be a vent for a hot water "vent" (for bleeding air) that had been left open, hence the steam escaping. See
