Weil McLean 105, Series 3, with DHW Settings

We lost power several dozen times over a week long period resulting in really messed up "u-control" settings. I would like to use the advanced settings section of the manual for getting things back to "normal" operation. Presently the system seems to be cycling too frequently. Should I use the aforementioned section and go screen by screen with the custom settings listed? My winter cold temp can be -20F, summer high 90F, Annual mean temp about 44F. Also, in addition to the DHW, I have fin baseboard radiators on 3 zones.
Thanks in advance for any advice...
