Balancing hydronic baseboard loop

we have a hydronic baseboard system in one big loop.  There are 6 baseboard heaters, with a really long one in the living room.  The living room is at the far end of the loop from the heat source, and despite being a long unit, it never gets quite warm enough in there compared to the rest of the house.  The only controls we have are the flaps that you can open and close on each baseboard to control how much air gets through via convection.

Is there anything I can do to get more heat in the living room without tearing into the heaters, cutting pipes or replacing units?

    Temp Drop

What is the supply water temp and the return water temp thru this zone? What is the heat loss of the room you are having issues with? How many feet of baseboard is in this room you are having an issue with? What is one big loop mean in total feet from the outlet side of the circulator thru the zone and back to the inlet side?

Sorry to anwser a question with questions but need much more info then you posted.
