Removing "Push Nipples"

Anyone have a suggestion on removing the push nipples from out of the outer casing of a Burnham V9A being there is no access through an opposite side to tap them out. Would there be a puller of some type that would assist in removing the nipple 7" upper 3" lower, if so what/where. If Not Recommendations would prove benificial! The Boiler in question has been in operation for more than 10+yrs.
