Ceiling clearance needed for Gorton #1, Hoff. 75?

I have decided to move main vents from above the wet returns to the ends of mains in order to stop venting and heating returns without merit. I am dealing with space constraints with no more than 6" of space under finished ceiling where I want the vents to be (there are plugs there now). Gorton #2 will not fit unless I poke large holes in the ceiling and maybe even in the floors above. How much vertical clearance does Gorton #1 and Hoffman 75 require? An antler with 3-4 G1's may do the job if they are not too tall. I cannot find their dimensions anywhere.
Thank you,

3" + for Gorton #1
My Gorton #1 sticks up 3" above the 3/4" female coupling it screws into, add about 3/8" for the threaded part. the Gorton is smaller than the Hoffman 75, maybe 1", but I'm not sure exactly how much.
The Hoffman 75 is rated at 0.5CFM vs the Gorton #1 being 0.33CFM. The Gorton's can be had for 1/3 the cost of the Hoffman 75 at pexsupply.com
The question is how much will a coupling and a 90 for the antler add to that height.
