Trying to locate manufacturer of Radiant system/pipe

One of our techs was called out on an emergency where the clients had steam blowing through a wall. Turns out a Weil McLain CG 5 boiler had run away with no water and was producing super heated water. The radiant system that was not installed as per industry standard was actually using 180* water to heat under wood floor. No balancing valves, purges, tempering valves etc. at least one of the lines actually blew a hole in the pipe. Obviously the previous owner Jimmy Carter's press secretary, was not very savvy on who to hire.

What we are trying to find out is the manufacture of the pipe and/or the manifold so we can at least know what may be compatible. If nothing else, we have located Sharbite 5/8" x 3/8"OD fittings and may use the Watts SS manifolds with copper manifold adapters. Any help will be greatly appropriated by us and the client.
