    Clogged flue???

    Did a clogged flue really cause this death or did an appliance that was certified and approved with inadequate safeties to shut it down cause the death.

    According AHRI we are not allowed to make equipment safer, it is safe enough. 

    Check out the latest article from Aspen.  Apparently you are not liable for colateral damage.
