MINI SPLIT ERROR CODES

in A-C, Heat Pumps & Refrigeration
I have a LG mini split air and heat system.

I get error codes on two of the units, (CH 07 AND CH 02)

the 07 code was a short time and went away, the CH 02 code will not go away,

leaving me with a unit that no longer works.

Can someone help.

    Here is what I found...





    CH02 Fault:

    Indoor Pipe Sensor or Outdoor Sensor Assy fault, Open or Short.



    Solution:

    Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Air sensor = 10 kOhm at 25C, Pipe sensor = 5

    kOhm at 25C. If not replace sensor.
