Hydronic toe kick heater

in Radiant Heating
I have a hydronic toe kick heater under the kitchen counter that is not working. Coils are hot there is power going to the unit what else should I check? Also where can I get a replacement Or parts to fix? I live in central Wisconsin.

    going to the blower motor or is the heat switch not closing? You should be able to get universal parts to repair it depending on what part failed..
