Carrier gas furnace comes on then shuts off

in THE MAIN WALL
Tried relighting pilot(automatic ignition system). Once I start it up it's on for about 3 minutes. It never heats up and it never blows. Then it shuts off.

    Are you sure the t-stat is calling for the furnace to come on? Is the unit attempting to light the pilot? Are there any flashing light's to indicate a fault in the system? Might be worth having someone come in and take a look at the unit..winter's coming..
