Taco 4 zone circulator control

I'm having an issue with my 4 zone circulator controler. The system is an atmospheric wood boiler primary loop  feeding a 40 plate heat exchanger with a single speed circulator. The secondary loop is running 2 Grundfos alphas through 5 grundfos zone valves, 4 radiant loops, and an indirect water heater.

I'm trying to trigger the primary circulator by switching zone 1 in the controler through the end switch position. On a call for heat everything switches as it should, the problem occurs when all zones are satisfied the secondary loop shuts down but the primary remains on. I have wired from the zone1 low volt supply to the end switch. If anyone can show me where I went wrong thanks in advance.

    You need...

a sep. sr 501 just for the primary loop. then all the others w/ a sep. controller. ...(i think) Do you have a drawing?
