Tool to test radiators

We are renovating an old house with broken hot water radiators. We want to repair the rads where possible and have gotten one pulled apart and removed the broken fin. Once we get it back together, we need to pressure test for leaks. Where do we get/buy/borrow the tool to test the radiator? I've looked online and can't find the tool. Thanks!
