Blue Cow?

We are looking at a new software solution for our company. Has anyone out there used Blue Cow? I've seen plenty of reviews on Wintac, but nothing on Ignite. We are a heating oil dealer with full service and install departments, and we currently are using a Unix program for all our accounting, inventory (which it DOES NOT do well) and degree day forecasting, with a SQL database for scheduling (Dispatch Direct). The programs don't work together and the Unix program is fairly outdated. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
