What do to with HydroTherm Kn-4?

Hello!



I am a demolitions contractor in Seattle, WA and I recently demolished a Nunnery (LOL).



Luckily, I salvaged a Hydrotherm Kn-4 in great condition as well as many accessories.



I understand new, the KN-4 itself sells for $13,000.



I was wondering if I could get any advice from some of you guys on my best bet?



Would love to use the money to help pay for my youngest' finals years in college.
