High temperature insulation for a cast iron boiler

I'm working on an old cast iron sectional boiler which has had the original asbestos insulation removed. I need to recover it with some kind of insulating jacket that will a) adhere to cast iron, b) provide decent thermal insulation, and c) seal in the combustion gasses so they go out the flue instead of into the room.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Boiler jacket
How old is this boiler. If not too old, there could be a manual from the mfg's website showing how the sections were sealed and covered when first installed. Pictures would help to identify it.
Also of interest here is a section devoted to carbon monoxide poisoning which I hope will not report your own demise, as a result of running an unsealed boiler. Turn the system off until you solve these problems.--nbc0
